Afghan Food in Plano
Kababs, palau and nan, cooked the Kabul way.
Kababs, palau and nan, cooked the Kabul way.
If you are new to Afghan food, start with a chicken kebab on nan and a plate of Kabuli Palau to share. Add mantu for the table and a bowl of gorma sabzi on the side. That covers the grill, the rice pot and the slow-cooked dishes that make up most of the menu. Everything comes from one kitchen on K Avenue, and it is all prepared halal. Nan comes warm with every plate.
Order Afghan Food
Afghan food is made for sharing, which is why family-size trays of palau and grilled kababs show up at so many Plano parties. For a weeknight, order online and pick your time, or let delivery bring dinner to the door. We cook at 2400 K Ave B, a short drive from Richardson and Allen. Everything is cooked after you order, and nan comes with every plate, so even a small order makes a full meal.
