Zamzam Kabab is not in Richardson, but it is a short drive north to our kitchen at 2400 K Ave B in Plano. The trip is worth it for Afghan food that is hard to find closer: charcoal kababs, Kabuli Palau over lamb shank and mantu to start. Everything is prepared halal and cooked after you order. Try the chapli kabab and the palau as well as the skewers, and bring someone to share them with.
